Each leader is spliced at both ends, glued for total security and fitted with a Kwik Change Swivel. These swivels have been designed to make changing rigs fast and easy and for threading PVA bags/sticks straight onto hooklinks. The swivel features a uniquely designed eye shape which is partially open with a small lead in; simply tie a loop into the end of the hooklink, place it over the swivel eye and secure into position with one of the supplied tapered sleeves.
These ready tied leaders are constructed from 45lb leadcore with a special camo weave. The fibre colour combination has been carefully chosen to retain an obvious fleck, breaking up its outline when submerged.
The extra heavy core is encased in a woven outer sheath designed to withstand heavy weed, pads, snags and other abrasive underwater obstacles. Leadcore also ensures that the last few feet of terminal tackle is pinned down close to the lakebed. This prevents carp from coming into contact with the mainline when visiting the swim or feeding on the baited area. 3 per packet.
