HOW TO ORDER FROM US
You can order either by telephone or online, we can deliver to any address in the UK (charges vary for offshore addresses)

When you ring please have the following information to hand:
A list of the items required
Your name and full postal address
Daytime contact number, land line number, mobile number or e-mail address
A valid card number plus expiry/start date, issue number is applicable and the Security number (last 3 digits from the signature strip)
Full details of the address where you want the order delivered (if different)
ONLINE ORDERING
- find the item you require
- choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
- click the "BUY NOW" button
- wherever you are on Poingdestres, you can add items to your basket in the same way
- you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "My Basket" button
- you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time
- post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket
- click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping
- fill in the order details on the secure form
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information, this online system is 100% secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us.
If any item you order is not currently available we will contact you either by phone or e-mail to discuss your options.

DELIVERY METHODS
Most parcels are delivered by Acclaim Parcel Express (APC), a professional and well established, secure courier company. Each parcel has a unique tracking code, which is scanned into the couriers system when they collect the parcel from us. We are then able to trace any parcel using the internet.
A signature is required upon delivery, if no one is available, a calling card will be left and the parcel taken to the local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot to re-arrange delivery, or collection.
We also send items using the Post Office's Special Delivery Service, this service is also traceable via the internet and requires a signature upon delivery.

Return / Refund Policy
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, and we are notified within ten working days of receipt, we will arrange collection of the goods, for replacement or a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any other reason, you may return them to us, within seven days of receipt, in the original packaging and with your receipt, for a full refund including return postage costs.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Your Statutory rights are not affected by the above terms and conditions.
