DELIVERY CHARGES (MAINLAND UK)
Please note - Delivery charges are only applied once to an order, and charged to the largest item.
Small items (e.g. terminal tackle) - £4.00 max per delivery, all these items will be either sent via our courier or via Royal Mail
Medium sized items (e.g. reels, bait) - £6.00 max. per delivery, all these items will be either sent via our courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day insured delivery
Large, bulky and heavy items (e.g. rods, bivvies and seat boxes) - £8.00 max. per delivery.
Many items on our site are post free (as indicated).
You can normally expect to receive your order within 2 working days from ordering, although there can be occasional delays beyond our control (e.g. bad weather, breakdowns etc.).
European/Offshore Orders
Unfortunately, we are currently only able to accept orders from mainland U.K.
DELIVERY METHODS (MAINLAND U.K.)
Most parcels are delivered by Acclaim Parcel Express (Southampton), a professional and well established secure courier company. Each parcel has a unique tracking number, which is added into the couriers system when we process the parcel onto their system. We are then able to trace any parcel using the internet.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, a calling card will be left and the parcel taken to the local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot to arrange re-delivery or collection.
We also send items using the Post Office's Special Delivery Service, this service is also trackable via the internet, and requires a signature upon delivery.
