The boundaries of beachcaster design and development have been further extended by the introduction of the state of the art K2 Red Metal Twin Tip rods. Over two years of development testing by the Shakespeare World Club Championship team has resulted in the twin tip design, based on ultra slim high modulus carbon blanks and incorporating a unique counterbalance weighted butt system.
The carbon/glass composite soft tip and the full carbon hard tip will maximise distance casting of 51/4oz and 7oz respectively, whilst retaining ultra sensitive bite detection. The ingenious counterbalance weight system located in the butt consists of three weights - 28gm/30gm and 42gm - any combination of which can be used whilst casting. This weight system is unique and enables the angler to transfer the power when casting without exerting additional effort. The K2 Red Metals offer maximum distance casting for all anglers.
