These ready tied Camo Leadcore Rigs with Carp Safety Sleeves use 45lb Leadcore with a special camo weave. This fibre colour combination has been carefully chosen to retain an obvious fleck to break up its outline, even when wet.
The extra heavy core is encased in a woven outer sheath designed to withstand heavy weed, pads, snags and other abrasive underwater obstacles. The Leadcore also ensures that the last few feet of terminal tackle is pinned down close to the lakebed; this prevents carp from coming into contact with the mainline which can cause them to be spooked from the swim.
45lb Camo Leadcore Leaders fitted with Carp Safety Sleeves to provide an extremely safe and highly effective alternative bolt rig assembly. In the event of the lead becoming snagged not only will it pull free under light pressure, but the large internal bore of the Run Ring allows it to safely run over the leadcore connecting knot, freeing the fish in the event of the tackle being lost.
