The Antares BX feeder is Shimano's top-of-the-range feeder rod. Built using XT250LRC carbon (low resin content for a lighter blank and better action) plus Biofibre for robust performance, the Antares BX also features Fuji Alconite guides, Fossil Wood reel seat and S.A.S. section alignment. The most noticeable feature of the Antares BX Feeder is the performance of the blank. Slim, easy to cast and with one of the best playing actions ever developed, the range covers all situations from close range work with light line to distance feeder fishing.
Also available is the 9/11ft Multi Dyna-Balance Light/ Medium featuring a Fuji NS reel seat that is slimmer than a traditional screw reel seat and offers a more sensitive response than cork.(Image below).
All models have 3 Super Hollow Tips, hook-keeper and are supplied in a deluxe Cordura transportation tube.
