This is an exact copy of the rig used by Dave Lane for most of his bottom bait fishing over the past few years and has already accounted for three of his UK 50lb carp as well as a further two 50lb plus fish in France. Used by many as a first choice rig it has already accounted for thousands of carp from some of the very hardest of venues all across Europe. The rig uses Cocoon braid coated link stripped to leave a supple hinge. This is combined with a Connect 2 hook and an easy glide swivel to form a simple but incredibly effective rig.
