The Stalker Unhooking mat from Fox, is constructed from double sided PVC coated nylon which helps to keep the protective mucus layer on the fish intact. The mat is filled with a special fibre that compresses into a compact package for transporting, but will draw in air and expand when rolled out to provide a soft padded area for unhooking and photographing the fish.
The sides Velcro together to safely contain the fish when being carried while also making a superb portable ‘holdall’ when stalking. The material is waterproof, easily wiped clean and secured with a pair of straps when not in use.
