shows just some of the magnificent carp that he has caught.
Fish 4 is a 45lb 2oz Mirror Carp
caught from a 200 acre French reservoir in September 2004.

This fish was caught a from a 200
acre French reservoir. Tackle used was a Centruy rod with an
Infinity X reel together with 20lb Fireline braid. The hook was a
size 1 Continental Starpoint.
The bait used was 3 x 20mm
Mainline NRG bottom baits.
To catch the fish I rowed my baits
to a snaggy area 250 yards out. I had two runs at the same
time.
Other fish caught that week were
30lb 12oz, 35lb 12oz, 35lb 8oz and 6 fish all 20lb plus. I fished
daytimes only.
