I placed the order online On Monday Morning, and one of your sales advisors called me back immediately to inform me of an ‘out-of-stock item, for which he offered a suitable alternative. Once we had agreed on this replacement item, I was informed that my order would be with me the following day, which it duly was. This kind of customer service is rare these days, so please keep up the excellent work. I will be shopping with you again very soon.

07/01/08 Paul Fielding Hi, just a few lines to say thanks for a superb transaction. Having ordered two PENN X2 Tackle boxes late in the afternoon, they arrived the following day by 13:00hrs. The postage costs were very fair (@ only £4.00 per item). Your site was the only one I came across which gave the actual specifications of the box; not just the price. And by the way, the tackle boxes are superb as well!!!!

Hi, First of all another big thank you for the price match and prompt dispatch of the Shimano Tribal XT Holdall! The extra length has made all the difference. My wife says that too! ;-) It's always easy to be impressed with the service received during the first purchase from a new supplier but you have maintained the same excellent level each time I have returned to make a new purchase. I will certainly be doing so again! Having said that, I have dropped a clanger and ordered a bedchair cover from another outlet before checking you site. What a muppet! For another £50 I could have been reclining in co-ordinated luxury with the Terry Hearn JRC bedchair deal. Bitter is not the word for how I feel. Still, a couple more cold nights on the bank will get it through my thick skull to always check you first. Feel free to tell me how wonderful the TH JRC kit is and what I'm missing so that it sinks in even faster!

Ten days ago I broke my rod pod. Today the well-known manufacturer has finally returned my calls about getting a spare part. Seven days ago I spoke to you guys and ordered a Fox Stalker pod (including an unbelievable *free* case!!) via your website. It arrived, as you said it would, the following day and was put through it's paces at the weekend.
